The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. Should able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to -end running of HR projects and operations and contribute to the attainment of goals and results of the HR department.  This role provides administrative and operational support to both HR staff within the department and employees across the organization. 

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Coordinate development and implementation of file management structure, including designing document naming conventions, process enhancements, quality assurance, and disposition of paper files.
  • Support HR Business Partners with employee relations case management; includes file management, researching resources, serving as an investigation notetaker, etc.
  • Provide customer service for employees; answering questions from the share HR Inbox, directing employees to resources (SharePoint, Degreed, policies, etc.).
  • Support/Lead a variety of HR/ER operations projects and initiatives as needed.
Educational Background: 
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Skills/Experience: 

The basics:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 – 3 years HR experience or specific education to assure the accomplishment of administrative support duties.
  • Strong analytical skills. Ability to ask the right questions, analyze data, evaluate potential courses of action, and recommend or decide the appropriate course of action
  • Knowledge of HR best-practices, employment regulations and HR procedures.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications (word, excel and power point).
  • Be a true generalist willing to pitch in wherever help is needed on the people team.
  • Detail-oriented and conscientious, analytical and curious with demonstrated ability to navigate through ambiguity.
  • Motivated to provide exemplary customer service with dedication and a commitment to create positive outcomes and to make processes more efficient.
  • References will be required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US. PSI will not consider work visa sponsorship and relocation expenses will not be covered for this position.
  • The successful candidate will be required to pass a background check.
