The Director of IFPS will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative direction, implementation, supervision and quality assurance for the case management and site coordination staff within the program and acts as a liaison with other providers, maintains statistical reporting, assists with hires, trains, supervises and supports staff and assists with monitoring outcomes
- Serving as a liaison between YMCA YFS and other providers
- Assisting in the assessment and initiation of the process of the collection of fees as needed and will be familiar with the data collection systems and all requirements for contract compliance
- Supervise direct service staff although direct service may be provided as needed and the supervisor will consult with outside providers (medical providers) and/or school personnel to coordinate care for the clients of YFS, when necessary
- Assist with managing/providing oversight of programs, contracts and agency compliance for client numbers and services.
- Help Director in generating all statistical, narrative and outcome evaluations for the YMCA, the county and others as needed in a timely manner
- Assure compliance with required HIPAA regulations
- Monitor client record keeping and databases for compliance, timeliness and accuracy
- Maintain quality assurance of services, outcomes and documentation of outcomes
- Provide coverage for vacant positions
- Monitor, approve and process expenses to meet budget
- Assist the Director in the implementation of administrative duties
- Coordinate with staff from YMCA Youth & Family Services who assist with the program
- Outreach to schools and community
- Maintains statistical data and reporting
- Complete all administrative duties as needed
- LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT, or License Psychologist with certification to provide supervision
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- 3- 5 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience working collaborating with school systems, community agencies and social service resources
- Clinical supervisory experience with a diverse staff and with families and youth at risk in a multicultural community
Salary: $60,000.00
