Are you interested in fundraising, but not sure you want to be the person ASKING for the money? Have you always wanted to work for a great cause, but don’t how you can apply your exceptional researching and organizational skills into a career? The NPR Development Operations team needs YOUR help.

The Development team at NPR is responsible for raising approximately $35 million dollars each year, and the Development Operations team provides all the necessary support, research and project management necessary for our dynamic front line fundraisers to be successful in ‘the ask.’ The team creates the policies and procedures that ensure our data is correct, accessible and useful to our fundraisers. Additionally, we provide the necessary research on our prospects to ensure that we craft our proposals and narratives in a way that speaks to the heart of our mission. In this internship, you will work with each facet of the Development department and gain first-hand knowledge of the breadth of what it takes to make a successful fundraising operation. Because, at the end of the day, it truly takes a village.
