In 2008 PSI implemented an Enterprise Resource Planning system -Lawson software. The web-based, real-time system helped to integrate multiple disparate systems within network members giving more visibility and controls of daily operations.
The Technology Integration team at PSI includes the Corporate Systems team whose primary functions are to implement Lawson where it’s needed and to support and train DC and network members who use the software. Additionally, team members collaborate with other departments and 3rd party vendors who need to integrate with Lawson; and provide Project and Business Process management services to other parts of the organization whose internal projects have an IT component.

We are looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst, to help us manage the Supply Chain aspects of our ERP system. The Sr. Business Systems Analyst will interact daily with end-users of our ERP system, both in DC and our field offices. He/she will review support cases and provide guidance for resolving any system issues and provide support and training on system processes.
This position requires an independent self- motivated and analytical individual who can work with varying domestic and international stakeholders. The position is based remotely and reports to the Project Director of Corporate Systems. International travel up to 25% may be required.
Business Process Analysis
- Understand business units’ key operations, performance gaps, vision and business needs in order to recommend process improvements and business solutions
- Liaise between IT Operations, PSI/W departments and network members to ensure common understanding of proposed business solutions
- Provide functional consultation to project team and customers
- Document existing and proposed business processes and recommend solutions to meet the business need
- Collect and document functional requirements and translate them into system design or new processes
Training Coordination
- Respond to training requests and organize onsite and remote training for the field and DC staff
- Coordinate with functional areas to deliver effective instruction and co-facilitate training as needed
- Develop training materials and provide end-user training as needed
- Create communication materials to promote training as needed
- Organize and facilitate meetings, presentations and workshops for new and existing staff as needed
Collaboration, Communication, Support
- In consultation with the Project Director and the team, work on the development and implementation of IT policies, standards and procedures including project planning, tracking and documentation
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with application end-users and management to continuously improve customer satisfaction
- Provide Level III ongoing support for the technical aspects of the ERP and related systems
- Perform all other job duties as assigned
- 7+ years working with Finance and Supply Chain ERP applications, preferably Lawson S3
- 7+ years’ experience in implementing and/or supporting enterprise solutions
- Experience with an international development organization preferred
- Experience with Finance and Supply Chain business processes within Non- Governmental Organizations
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams across various time zones (i.e. Africa, Asia, US)
- Experience providing extended level III application support after implementations
- Ability to create training presentations and deliver effective training
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
- Exceptional data analysis skills
- Ability to be effective with minimal supervision
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Working knowledge of SharePoint
- Possess the drive to work well and effectively in a team setting
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
