The National Director, Partnership Relationship Management is responsible for the overall growth, management and strategic stewardship of national corporate partners, sponsors and teams. Develops effective fundraising plans to increase revenue from high value corporate partners. Must be a high achiever focused on exceeding department objectives through strategic planning, superior customer service and integration of campaign standards. The National Director must be able to effectively forecast revenue and maintain expenses. Regular interaction with other departments, Regional and Chapter staff to drive overall partner objectives.
This is a Remote/Work from Home position managing the North East. The candidate may reside anywhere within the specified region. Travel 50-75%.
- Drive significant revenue growth through existing and new national partnerships
- Create and implement strategic plan for each key partner to include growth strategies, new revenue streams and partnership expansion to include all campaign standards
- Recruit c-level executives for national and local roles, ensure all accounts have succession and stewardship plans in place for key executives
- Develop, initiate, support and maintain productive, collaborative working relationships with key external partners assuring goals are met
- Achieve assigned account revenue goals and overall department goals ensuring year-over-year growth, new account recruitment and partnership renewals
- Work collaboratively with the field to maximize revenue opportunities
- Develop chapter education and provide support assuring consistent experience for all top teams
- Lead internal and external account strategy meetings and calls
- Develop financial forecasting, reconciliation and reporting for both internal and external leadership
- Create team materials, data pulls and special projects as needed
- Maintain a working knowledge of the LLS mission and programs to promote the field and campaign fundraising initiatives
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Experience Requirements:
- 9+ years corporate fund raising experience

- Travel up to 50% of time with additional travel to:
- Quarterly Meetings in White Plains
- Campaign events (September – November) nationwide

- Improve Net Profitability: Maximize net income from existing channels through prioritization, organizational alignment and optimization of resources.
- Diversify Revenue: Identify and develop high-growth, high-margin revenue opportunities focusing on volunteer initiatives, eRevenue, donor development and new partner development.
- Enhance Organizational Performance: Assess resources, improve productivity and optimize organizational capacity.
