CCS’s Family Behavioral Health System is looking for Clinicians who want to join our team of innovators who continually "push the envelope" and challenge traditional thinking in Behavioral Health.

Our enthusiastic clinical teams provide whatever is needed to help children and youth remain safely in their own home with their family, restoring hope, providing intense mental health services and supports, and helping to strengthen the family unity.

Areas of Responsibility: 

Clinicians work flexible schedules in the home and community setting of the youth and families. This unique way of working allows clinicians the opportunity to offer a high level of collaboration, coordination and intensive behavior health services while allowing room for creativity and needs driven work. Emphasis is on achieving incredible outcomes with children, youth and families by actively partnering with them along with their natural and community services and supports to achieve long term safety and stability in our neighborhoods and communities.

Educational Background: 
Master’s degree in social work, psychology, behavioral sciences, marriage and family therapy, or related field
21 years of age or older with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance
Successfully pass required background checks and driving record review prior to employment offer

Compensation/Benefits: 

Salary range starts at $60,313 per year

Additional compensation opportunities include:

  • Up to $2,000 productivity incentive per quarter
  • $2,000 licensure bonus
  • $1,800 availability stipend per year
  • Personal development enhancement payment
  • Payment of / reimbursement for continuing education trainings
  • Up to $3,000 reimbursement for re-location costs

Wraparound with Intensive Services with Family Behavioral Health provides intensive in home wraparound informed mental health services to assist children and their families in achieving wellness, safety, and to strengthen relationships within their community. Services are designed for children/youth and families with multiple and complex needs, severe histories and who tend to be involved with multiple child-serving systems.
