The Executive Director provides overall strategic management and leadership to Habitat for Humanity of Southwest Utah.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Strategic Planning for Habitat for Humanity of Southwest Utah
- Budgeting and Financial Management
- Staff Management and Human Resources including overseeing the hiring, firing, and training of staff.
- Management and oversight of operations including; maintaining all policies and procedures, overseeing the ReStore operations, ensure all federal, state, and local regulations are followed, and direct oversite for homeowner services.
- Communication and Public Relations
- Advocacy though establishing and maintaining relationships in the community and advocating for Habitat for Humanity and affordable housing.
- Work with and provide support for the Board of Directors
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or other business related field or 4 years senior management experience preferably in a non-profit organization
