Under general supervision, performs a variety of program coordination, project management, and staff support duties for the Mission Program Management team. Coordinates a wide range of project tasks related to the mission program management and operations; provides implementation support with Regions, and assistance with vendors and collaborative relationships. Serves as ad hoc liaison between Mission Program Management and other departments on patient support and workplace health projects and program coordination.
- Coordinate and perform a wide range of staff and/or operational activities for the unit; serve as a liaison to other departments and operating units in the resolution of day-to-day programmatic and operational issues, as well as, multi-task on various projects and management duties.
- Assist in the identification, planning and implementation of processes to manage work flow and ensure timely and effective coordination and communication between stakeholders.
- Process and manage invoices and business-related expenses.
- Responsible for ordering materials as requested and updating constituent relationship management tool.
- Support vendor and collaborative relationships for the delivery of mission programs, including working with internal staff for coordination of expertise and resources.
- Prepare programmatic reports and documents, as needed.
- Establish, maintain, and update program files, databases, records and other documents; perform analysis and calculations in the processing of data.
- Oversee mail management, coordinate receipt and distribution of letters, packages, correspondence, and sort mail,
- Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed, which includes scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- At least 1-3 years of office support or program management experience.
- Knowledge of ACS mission programs, business practices and operational policies preferred.SKILLS:
- Project management with the ability to manage multiple tasks for multiple projects simultaneously under time pressure, demonstrating outstanding organization and coordination skills with precision and great attention to detail.
- Skill in review and analysis of operations and procedures to develop and implement new or improved business processes.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work setting using technology based programs and platforms (internet, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to utilize business processes and standards to plan ACS meetings and conference calls while working within budget parameters and guidelines.
- Ability to recognize and handle confidential documents and information professionally and in keeping with business unit practices.
