As the health and well-being director, you will organize, monitor, supervise, and maintain health and well-being programs, including group fitness, TRX, BodyShred (HIIT) and more.

Areas of Responsibility: 

If hired for this position you will provide an impactful member experience by developing, coordinating, and providing administrative support for the health and well-being department at the branch. You will also supervise department staff and their functions to ensure quality programs. In this position, you will assist in managing the day to day operations of the health and well-being department. You will maintain quality programming and creating an excellent member experience by building authentic relationships that engage, inspire and build commitment to the Y cause.

Educational Background: 
I have a Bachelor’s degree and/or two years related knowledge and experience that includes supervision, fiscal management, program development, staff and volunteer development.
Skills/Experience: 
  • I have experience in creating, implementing, and instructing classes and programming for an Active Older Adult population.
  • I have knowledge of current health and well-being safety and program standards, latest trends in the industry and the ability to articulate and incorporate them.
  • I have current CPR, AED, First Aid, and Oxygen certifications.
  • I am able to set an excellent example in health, fitness and member service.
  • I am excited to assist the staff leadership team in reaching annual campaign goals through recruiting campaigners, making personal asks and supporting branch events.
Compensation/Benefits: 

Salary: $42,025.00
