The Program Coordinator (PC) is responsible for the coordination, implementation and maintenance of a range of projects and activities to support the lifecycle of grants and contracts. They manage a portfolio of investments including grants, contracts, program related investments (PRIs) and other projects in support of programmatic strategic goals. The PC may provide budget oversight and planning, financial analysis, financial reporting, and/or portfolio and operations process management. They work closely with Program Officers and the business team internally, as well as partners and potential grantees externally, to make and manage investments in an efficient and aligned manner. They also serve as a liaison across multiple internal teams and participate in special projects as requested. Duties may include any or all of the following:
- Data Input, Management & Analysis: Manage data for all grants and contracts in multiple databases and SharePoint sites. Provide detailed financial analysis and ensure data integrity to support team's financial decision making. Work with Portfolio Manager and Program Officers to keep all pertinent information accurate and up-to-date for reporting and analysis. Serves as point-person for Program Officers regarding budget targets and individual investment portfolio management.
- Grants and Contracts Administration: Work with Program Officers, Grantees, and Business Partners during the early stages of grant making (e.g. sending out requests for proposals, driving key deadlines for submissions and revisions). Assist with grant management and evaluation by requesting and reviewing written materials (including grant summaries and reports).
- Grant and Contracts Coordination: Coordinate contracts, including tracking of invoicing and deliverables, receipt of required reports and monitoring expenditures. Shepherd the development, management, and close out of grants. Coordinate the end-to-end contract and grant processes with internal parties (contracts, grants & legal business partners) and external parties (vendors & grantees) within the Unison & ICS Systems.
- Project Support: Work on special team projects as needed, usually related to supporting a grant or supporting the efficiency of team processes. Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations.
- This role is responsible for high quality interactions and clear and consistent communications with grantees and partners in the field.
- Act as liaison & key business partners including Grants and Contract Services, Legal, and Financial Planning and Analysis. Act as point of contact with stakeholders through the life cycle of a grant. The PC has a high level of interaction with both internal and external partners and provides hands on guidance and support for grantees and vendors with budget templates, required documents, technical assistance, and the proposal development processes.
Candidates must have demonstrated skills and/or experience in project and process management, facility with data input and working with databases, analytic skills to translate the data “story” into written format, and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external partners. - Highly functional in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), OneNote, and SharePoint; mastery of more advanced skills in Excel to generate reports efficiently (or willingness to learn) preferred.

- Ability to anticipate next steps, take initiative, exercise discretion, and apply sound judgment.
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis and synthesis.

*This is a part-time, job-share position at 20-30 hours per week.
