We do this by optimizing both the current and future organizational talent needs as well as our employees’ experience, with an eye on the ecosystem within which we work.
The Talent Management function works to provide the foundation with a highly talented, diverse group of employees who are the right people with the right capabilities in the right job at the right time.

- Guiding foundation leadership in reducing bias through fair and transparent promotion processes and mobility opportunities.
- Providing thought leadership and guide discussions within the organization regarding career navigation, talent development, succession planning, and the movement of talent across the organization. Create an inclusive experience via career opportunities, employee success plans and coaching.
- Being a strategic partner in the identification and acquisition of hiring needs. Generating the internal and external pipeline to address the gaps identified through Workforce Planning. Providing the organization with a diverse pipeline that reflects our commitment to equality. Creatively identifying new channels to generate talent pipeline for key or hard to fill roles.
