The GFAS team is seeking an energetic and innovative project manager with a successful history of leading projects through the full project life cycle. You are a data driven decision maker who sees the big picture, but never loses sight of the detail. You will provide project leadership to project team members and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure projects deliver expected scope, quality and business value on schedule. You will challenge the status quo and constantly seek and implement simple and scalable solutions.
- Represent the GFAS Team and partner with cross-functional teams to implement system, tool and reporting solutions. Promote adoption of solutions including change management, communication plan and training.
- Provide tactical and team leadership through the complete project life cycle. Establish and nurture relationships with project team members and stakeholders/sponsors.
- Gather detailed business requirements, develop project plans and manage cross-functional project activities including planning, scheduling and meeting milestones.
- Publish overall status of project advancement, identify and manage project issues and risks, facilitate escalations to senior management.
- Lead and facilitate functional and business impact analysis. Make clear and compelling recommendations supported by data and analysis.
- Develop and own operational metrics and reporting; build dashboards and reports.
- Leverage project methodologies and best practices (internal and external) to ensure quality and successful project delivery.
- Understand the business benefits of the project and the linkage between project/program goals and organizational strategy and drivers.
- Solid knowledge and expertise utilizing standard project management and change management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) through the complete project life cycle.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Strong data and analytical skills.
- 5 years of relevant work experience with 3 + years of experience in Project Management.
