The position will directly implement SFP activities under the direct supervision of Senior Project Manager, and in-direct supervision of Area Program (AP) Manager in respective target locations.
Areas of Responsibility:
- To implement SFP activity based on agreed logical framework with envisioned results
- To identify and select students for getting supports from project
- To provide and strictly monitor on management and using foods/cash commodities, WASH facilities and other supports by project are high responsibilities and transparencies.
- To prove coaching and mentoring schools to ensure the oriented templates and reports are properly filled and reported timely
- To build good relationship with relevant key stakeholders (DoE, APM/TDFs, District, Commune, Village, Schools, Students, SSC, Community) in respective targeted district.
- To facilitate and managing foods commodity, cash, transportation, training materials, and other supports of the project distribute to schools to ensure they received and well-managed resources in effectively and transparencies.
- Maintaining and data management of all resources of project to schools (at respective target district).
Educational Background:
Bachelor Degree of Education, Engineering, Disaster Management, Social Studies, or related field.
Skills/Experience:
- At least 2-years experienced in leading or facilitating in the community development, foods/cash for works/management, and disaster management.
- Experienced working with Schools, DoE, local authority, community, SSCs.
- Understand of community development, mobilization, formation, foods/cash for work and stocking management, and construction work.
- Dynamic and flexible in problem solving with diversified solution.
