- Provide assistance to HFHIPR staff in the area of information systems and technology. This includes maintenance of server and email server, setup of new computers, software installation, and software/hardware troubleshooting.
- Provider user support for office applications such as MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook etc.
- Oversee computer maintenance and repair, coordinate service needs with outsourced providers for IT network, internet and LAN.
- Assist in development/maintenance of software programs and rudimentary app development to integrate systems.
- Coordinate interface between GIS, Procore, Survey123, etc.
- Manage databases, schedules and reports and ensure information is shared with HQ for reporting and consolidation
- Find innovative and appropriate solutions for future operations and as demand arises
Educational Background:
Bachelors
Skills/Experience:
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications – Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
- Knowledge of GIS, Survey123, Procore
- Ability to create and update database structures (MS Access or SQL)
- Ability to develop systems and interfaces between databases and programs
- Ability to provide good customer service for computer users
- Ability to provide training on Software and Hardware to end users
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge managing Office 365
