  • Effectively and efficiently, process incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, fax, email)
  • Courteously manage phone calls and ensure messages are handled appropriately
  • Notify staff when their appointments arrive
  • Make travel arrangements and bookings, prepare expense reports as needed
  • Arrange accommodations, transportation and other logistics for HFHI staff arriving to Puerto Rico
  • Organize and manage interdepartmental meetings and conferences.
  • Proactively ensure logistics and refreshments for management and other meetings.
  • Oversee all general office photocopying and general office duties, such as binding of documents, preparation of files for conferences and any filing that may be required.
  • Maintain supplies inventory for offices
Educational Background: 
High School Diploma
Skills/Experience: 
  • Computer literacy in MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).
  • Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Experience maintaining supplies and inventory
  • Experience working with Disaster Response projects
