The Junior Business Analyst provides support for the global SS partners including process directors, managers and team leads of R2R, P2P, H2R and CRM. Focused on design and maintenance of performance dashboards, reports, metrics analysis and key indicators. Plays a key role in Six Sigma improvement projects and collaborate on global SS initiatives’ implementation.

Areas of Responsibility: 

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE:

  • Performance dashboards and scorecards design and maintenance in PowerBI and Excel
  • Databases and queries creation for KPIs results and analysis mostly based in Access
  • Develop and design performance indicators and tracking
  • Performance visual management design and maintenance
  • Extensive use of SharePoint and its capabilities
  • Basic statistical data analysis

BUSINESS ACUMEN:

  • SME of specific process assigned aligned to one or two directors
  • Right hand side of the director in terms of SS, location, teams and individual performance management by using dashboards, KPIs, performance measurements, statistical analysis and improvement projects
  • General understanding of global WV operations and humanitarian industry
  • Support process mapping across all SS

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:

  • Plays a key role in researching and analyzing quality standards in Six Sigma improvement projects
  • Collaborate on global improvement initiatives
  • Plays a key role in implementing best practices in process improvement initiatives
  • Drive small and medium impact automated solutions
Educational Background: 
Bachelors’ degree in Industrial Engineer, or other related field.
Skills/Experience: 
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools and systems required.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in similar positions
  • Knowledge Six Sigma, Green Belt
  • Advanced Knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  • Intermediate Access Knowledge
  • Familiar with PowerBI
  • Basic Knowledge in SharePoint
  • Proficiency in English
