Central Minnesota Habitat for Humanity (CMHFH) Seeking New Executive Director
The Board of Directors for Central Minnesota Habitat for Humanity (CMHFH) is pleased to invite qualified candidates to apply for the position of Executive Director.
CMHFH’s mission is to gather communities to transform lives through affordable homeownership. Our vision is that everyone in Central Minnesota has a decent place to live. CMHFH is a dynamic, multi-faceted, faith-based organization blessed with a multitude of long-term partnerships. Our mission is well supported by the Central Minnesota business community, a broad range of volunteers, and by a cohesive, dedicated staff team and board of directors.
We are seeking an experienced, visionary, mission-focused leader who is poised to sustain and grow the impact of CMHFH in the greater St. Cloud region and its surrounding service area.
Are You the Next Leader of CMHFH?
The ideal candidate will possess senior management experience in an organization of similar size, including experience working at a leadership level in the nonprofit sector. S/he will bring a track record of success in fund development, administration, managing teams, and working with a board of directors. The Executive Director will have experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to further cultivating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. The Executive Director will possess exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal, and will lend credibility to CMHFH as an inspiring and effective spokesperson for CMHFH in communities across Central Minnesota. A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Social Sciences, Nonprofit Leadership, Communications or related field or equivalent work experience is required. Competitive salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
