The YMCA of Greater Richmond is currently seeking a highly motivated professional to lead community engagementat the Chester FamilyY.
The Director will work closely with the Executive Director to build relationships and programs in the community. Specific responsibilities include leading programming in the Greenleigh and Broadwater developments; serving as branch volunteer champion; and coordination of branch outreach programs, including Bright Beginnings.

- Must have two years of experience in community engagement
- Strong programming and previous supervisory experience are highly desirable
- Candidates must possess strong organizational abilities and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities and interpersonal skills are required
- Strong computer skills are required, with previous budgeting experience desired
- In order to best serve the needs of Y members, applicants must be able to work a varied schedule with some evening and weekend work
- Bilingual/Spanish speaking preferred
Salary: $36,000.00
