One of the fast growing and largest FQHCs in Oakland County is recruiting for a Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will work as a business partner to the CEO and other members of the executive team to ensure that the infrastructural process and systems resources necessary to deliver on the organization’s commitments to improve the health of our communities and drive sustainable service are solidly in place and effectively deployed.
The Chief Operations Officer (COO) will work as a business partner to the CEO and other members of the executive team to ensure that the infrastructural process and systems resources necessary to deliver on the organization’s commitments to improve the health of our communities and drive sustainable service are solidly in place and effectively deployed. The COO will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations, setting and achieving of short and long term health center performance goals, patient relations and driving a culture focused on high quality health care and service excellence. The COO will adhere to HONOR COMMUNITY HEALTH policies and procedures in accordance with the policies established by Honor Community Health. The COO will work collaboratively to create and maintain a culture of excellence and dedication to providing compassionate and high quality health care to residents and the community.
A minimum of five to seven years of progressive experience in health care with recent leadership experience within the healthcare industry is required. Experience reviewing workflow processes and leveraging stakeholders to implement efficient an effective procedures along with understanding of LEAN principals would be helpful. Experience with Federally Qualified Health Centers is highly desired.
This positions pay range is $108,201.60-$129,609.60 annually. We offer Medical, Dental and Vision insurance, 401k with company match, 6 weeks Paid Time Off, Company paid STD and LTD and members of the National Health Service Corp and Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
