Habitat for Humanity of Oakland County is looking for an enthusiastic individual to work in our Donation Call Center.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Scheduling donations
  • Answering donor questions, relaying donor pick up times, reschedules
  • Facilitating donor acknowledgements
  • Assisting pick up drivers with any issues
  • Managing Corporate donation pickups
Educational Background: 
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Skills/Experience: 
  • Must be available to work weekends
  • Good communication skills
  • Good computer and phone skills
  • Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service
