Leads the team responsible for technology systems and infrastructure (Colocation, Network, Servers, Storage, Databases, and Security). Oversees the internal and 3rd party resources  responsible for  the  day-to-day operations of the data center and administration of all server, storage, network and security infrastructure  for  enterprise  computing. Ensures continuous  improvement of systems and processes, identifying and driving high  volume  defects/deficiencies out of the system.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Oversees all aspects of the Foundation's technology infrastructure including 3rd party services, networks, servers, storage, databases, and
  • Oversees operation and continuous improvement of the technology architecture lifecycle, including design, upgrade, patch management, change management, root cause analysis, and managed service delivery, whether performed by internal or third-party solution
  • Promotes the strategic use of technology, enabling the workforce to utilize new technologies in support of the strategic business
  • Leads technology improvement projects, coordinates technology management in support of new systems, and ensures smooth upgrades of existing
  • Ensures high quality of customer service associated with third-tier support for all
  • Acts as an integral part of IT leadership team, strongly collaborating with project management and application teams to ensure high quality solutions are
  • Performs other related job duties, as assigned.
Educational Background: 
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field required. Master's degree is
Skills/Experience: 
  • Deep knowledge of technology infrastructure necessary to run an enterprise in support of business
  • Proficiency in project management, 3rd party vendor management, technology oversight and delivery, and strategic technology
  • Demonstrated successful problem solving
  • Excellent leadership skills that inspire and motivate others to succeed.
  •  Engage effectively with professionals at all levels of the organization to deliver easy-to-use technology and provide easy-to-understand communication about
  • Customer service and quality service
  • Demonstrated successful selection, design, and implementation of new technologies and work
  • Organize work, prioritize, and delegate to meet deadlines, and make timely decisions with sound judgement.
  • Minimum of 5+ years in Technology support More than 1 year experience leading a technology team desired.
  • Understanding of network infrastructure and security, high-availability solutions, and root cause analysis
  • Experience architecting, implementing, and maintaining an enterprise network infrastructure
  • Proficient in the installation and maintenance of Microsoft and/or Cisco systems
  • Experience with providing managed technology services to multiple service groups is
  • Proficiency in customer service aspect of technology deliver required
