The Data & Integration Analyst II is a key contributor to the mission by supporting data integrations and operations for multiple systems to ensure data quality and greater insight for internal and external information. The Analyst will also design, build, implement, and monitor data and integration solutions for the Foundation. 

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Provides data consolidation and information collation services across all Enterprise Systems into a central repository for accurate reporting. 
  • Develops, implements, and executes ETL routines using SQL/SSIS, Mulesoft and ImportOmatic, for integration between National and chapter Raiser's Edge/Financial Edge databases and between these databases and external sources of data. 
  • Uses various other ETL and reporting tools, writes code, and creates SQL/SSIS jobs for automation of tasks.
  • Enables standardization of data and reporting processes across the organization.
  • Reviews business requirements in order to build or modify database queries to meet the organization's needs.
  • Partners with business partners to ensure accurate, high-quality design and delivery of data in support of the Foundation’s analytics needs.
  • Partners with Application and Technology peers to ensure accurate and efficient design of data integration and related reports, and recommend new reporting strategies and application data improvements.
  • Performs test cases to ensure routines meet stated business objectives before moving into a production environment.
  • Performs analysis of data, maintains data-integration maps, and creates and performs data transformations on data, both in-place and in motion.
  • Performs other job related duties, as assigned.
Educational Background: 
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related field required.
Skills/Experience: 
  • Experience with ETL data integration.
  • Experience with data warehouse and reporting solutions.
  • Demonstrated successful problem solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in research and data analysis.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Engage effectively with professionals at all levels of the organization.
  • Organize work, prioritize, and meet deadlines, and make timely decisions with sound judgment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of MS SQL and/or report writing and development experience required.
  • Proven experience with ETL tools required, ImportOmatic preferred.
  • Experience in API Development preferred
  • Experience with CRM products such as Raiser’s Edge, Financial Edge, or Salesforce preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required.

Working Conditions:

  • Work in an office or virtual office environment.
  • May require work outside a traditional Monday – Friday work week, and outside normal business hours.
