Position Summary: Partners with Talent Acquisition Manager to drive the full life-cycle recruitment process, from requisition to closure, in a timely and cost effective manner that is in compliance with all state and federal laws. Assists with the onboarding process. Develops and shares recruiting best practices with the chapters, as appropriate.

Areas of Responsibility:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an HR department.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Experience with ADP, SilkRoad, and Descriptions Now packages preferred.
- Experience with onboarding processing preferred.
- Prior experience working in a nonprofit organization is helpful.
- Prior experience with internship program coordination preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Work in an office environment.
- Some travel required.
- May require work outside a traditional Monday – Friday work week, and outside normal business hours.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supports Talent Acquisition Manager in posting, scheduling and coordination of all FT, PT and intern hiring.
- Posts requisitions in the Silkroad Recruiting ATS. Conducts basic screening and rejects candidates that do not meet the basic requirements.
- Partners with Recruiting Intern to recruit Spring, Summer and Fall interns.
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires in Silkroad.
- Coordinates and attends internal and external events and job fairs for purposes of recruitment outreach
- Assists with the onboarding process including monitoring background check, assisting with new hire paperwork, & processing I-9 documents through E-Verify.
- Helps with coordination of internship program.
- Heavy scheduling including interviews and appointments for candidates and new hires.
- Manages correspondence with candidates regarding interview logistics and interview status (both selected and non-selected) in a timely manner.
- Greets and manages candidate experience while interviewing with MAW.
- Keep in touch with candidate prospects before a final decision is made
- Conducts reference checks.
- Sends staff action requests for all New Hires/Interns.
- File Associate New Hire files in file cabinet
- Work with TAM to manage HR Dashboard/daily wish/external recruiting website.
- Close requisitions in Silkroad Recruiting and disposition rejected candidates.
- Drafts offer letters, submits background checks.
- Other duties as assigned
