This position will assist Project manager in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating 1 or more sector projects that are contributing to program objectives in a coordinated way.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Promote and revise plan to reflect and learn from the community with ADP team.
- Prepare and revise annual budgets to response the community with accountability.
- Ensure that All projects are reaching high quality of performance through coordinating implementing of ADP approach.
- Ensure ongoing learning on good practices & sectoral standards relevant to assigned projects and monitoring system and tools are developed and used by TDFs and PCs
- Promote teamwork among ADP team in learning, training and spiritual nurture.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in health related field, preferably Masters in public health At least 3 year experiences in working on gender.
Skills/Experience:
- At least 03 years of progressive experiences in the field of Health or Nutrition
- Sound experience in project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and report writing.
- Technical expertise in at least one of the WV core HN technical focus areas (nutrition, maternal/newborn health, child health, communicable diseases)
