Habitat for Humanity ReStores are independently owned re-use stores operated by local Habitat for Humanity organizations. Proceeds are used to help build strength, stability, self-reliance and affordable homes in local communities and around the world.
The Park City ReStore is currently seeking a Store Manager in a vibrant working environment. Work with a great team of hard working fun people with the added bonus of helping your community. This is a full time hourly position working Tuesday – Saturday. Position includes benefits. Pay range: $18-$24 DOE.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Ensure the seamless execution of overall operations of the Retail and Warehouse aspects of the ReStore
- Coordinate solicitation of donations from the Summit and Wasatch county areas
- Oversee and implement the store pricing policy and process
- Oversee the hiring, training and the supervision of ReStore staff to ensure productivity, sales goals and customer service excellence
- Oversee safety regulations and guidelines
Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 3 years retail or warehouse management experience or other relevant management experience
- Ability to create a teamwork environment / Be constructive and lead by example
- Experience with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks POS, social media and website platforms
- Must be organized and show the ability to meet deadlines and multitask. Must be a creative problem solver
- Must have the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
- Strong communications skills, including interpersonal and written
- Experience in retail/warehouse safety guidelines
- Ability to sit, stand, walk for long periods of time, ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Valid UT Drivers License and reliable transportation are required
- Ability to pass our background check
