The Data Entry Coordinator plays a supportive role in many aspects of data capture within Patient Access (PA).  This individual will perform ongoing data entry, data quality review and cleanup.  He or she will work closely with the Director, Patient Access, Maryland and National Capital to ensure timely and quality data entry through June 30th, 2019.

Reports to:Director, Patient Access, Maryland and National Capital Supervises:N/A This is a temporary position staffed by TargetCW. The assignment will not exceed June 30, 2019.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Enter new contacts, accounts and other data pertaining to Patient Access programming, including patient, healthcare professionals and community education programs. Ensure entry is done in a timely manner to allow for Patient Access Field follow-up of recipients.
  • Monitor data to ensure protocols are followed and data are being entered as expected.
  • Evaluate data quality and perform data-cleaning operations; validate the data used in reporting. Aid in large scale data cleanup efforts.
  • Additional Salesforce data entry as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills/Experience: 
  • Experience in relevant health-related or social science discipline.
  • 1-3 years’ relevant experience working in a non-profit and/or healthcare delivery setting.
  • Experience with data platforms, entering and review data.

Position Requirements: 

  • Strong ability to review data in detailed fashion.
  • Excellent ability to communicate issues.
  • Excellent ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Constituent Relationship Management Systems and Microsoft Office required.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

  • Position may require occasional night and weekend work.
