This position will be responsible for implementing the Grant : A window of opportunity WV integrated model for holistic child development at Central West Bank Zone.

Areas of Responsibility: 

25% Project Management 

  • Support the implementation of the project activities, principally by managing and supervising the Community Health Workers
  • ensure timely implementation of the project plan and update the team as required
  • Prepare consolidated quarterly, semi-annual, annual, and end of reports required by internal, donor, government and interest bodies

25% Monitoring, Analysis, Learning & Evaluation

  • Conduct programme monitoring of the Grant with objectivity and efficiency, according to World Vision JWG’s M&E system and according to World Vision International standards.
  • Ensure quality of data, including appropriate disaggregation, to enable AP measurement and a view of programming as it relates to girls and boys, men and women as well as the most vulnerable children.
  • Ensure all data is recorded in a timely manner
  • Analyze trends and conduct other analyses using softwares such as SPSS​
  • Measure and report on programme progress to Evidence, Learning and Accountability
  • Implement assessment, baseline, and evaluation processes at the direction of relevant staff
  • Provide support to the research being conducted in parallel with the implementation
  • Programme are monitored with regularity, rigor, and objectively.
  • Data is disaggregated to enable informed decisions regarding targeting beneficiaries.
  • Data is available on time
  • Trends and other critical, informative analyses are available.
  • Relevant staff has reports available on programmatic implementation progress and needs.
  • Field staff is informed, reflective and able to act on monitoring results.
  • Field staff has resources available for testing and understand how to administer.

65% Capacity Building

  • Support implementation of trainings and workshops to Community Health Workers such as assessment ,methodology, sharing assessment
  • Organize learning and sharing events
  • Supervise Community Health Workers in the zone and provide coaching, mentoring and continuous feedback
