Manager, Treasury Operations

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

• Accountable for ensuring the success of critical treasury operational functions, including cash reconciliation; wire processing; cash positioning and liquidity forecasting; foreign exchange and investment transaction confirmation and settlement; in-house banking; and intercompany loan administration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee processes for wires and settlements, confirmations, cash reconciliations and in-house bank transactions to ensure they are conducted properly and in a timely manner. Manage relationships with back-office bank personnel to ensure that Treasury Operations maintains a positive working relationship and knows their counterparts. Perform discrete actions, such as approving wires, to ensure processes are conducted appropriately.

KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Required:

• Minimum five years’ recent experience in supervisory or managerial role in treasury operations.

Preferred:

• CTP, CCM, or similar certification.

Work Environment:

• The position requires ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.
