The Supporter Care Manager will lead, motivate and continually develop the Supporter Care team to provide an excellent quality of service to our Supporters in a way that builds loyalty, maximises income and minimises cancellations. This role will work across the organisation with our internal customers to continually improve the quality and responsiveness of service provided to them. They will be responsible for building a culture of testing and refining. The postholder will be expected to speak at external conferences and to keep fully up to date with all industry innovations.

Salary: £36,994 per annum depending on experience + good range of benefits
