The Restore Donation Coordinator is responsible for cultivating ReStore donor relationships by coordinating the donation pick-up process, consisting of furniture, home goods, building supplies and other materials, and providing exceptional customer service.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Ensure quality customer and donor relations experience while answering phone calls, e-mails, and online scheduling inquiries
- Contact donors to schedule, confirm and follow up on donation pick-up requests
- Communicate with truck drivers on daily donation schedule, follow-up questions and special donor requests
- Update truck and leadership calendars with major donation pick-up appointments
- Maintain donation request records, completed bookings, and quality of service in database
- Screen donor pick-up requests for product usability and quality control of inventory
- Other duties as deemed necessary in the day-to-day operations of the ReStore
Educational Background:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Skills/Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in call center, administrative or receptionist environment
