DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Day to day operation of Affiliate and Staff/complies with Habitat International Policy Manual.
- Implementing policies and procedures/recommends and provides policies and procedures as needed.
- Oversees expenditures and revenues to ensure expenditures are within budgetary parameters.
- Oversees all financial preparation/execution, to include annual operating budget, ensures monthly.
- financial statements are completed and ready for Board review.
- All operations matters to include reporting to Board on a monthly basis.
- Strategic direction to staff and volunteers.
- Develops, maintains contacts, relationships and assists Development with financial support
- commitments.
- Oversee all, prepare appropriate written appraisals, and authorize annual raises for paid staff. Provides.
- regular informal and formal feedback to staff and volunteers.
- Performs other incidental and related duties assigned by Board Chair.
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Education or experience in:
- Public Administration
- Business Management
- Social Services
- Or related Discipline
- Experience in:
- Business leadership to include non‐profit, volunteer intensive organization.
- Managing financials, building / executing budgets.
- Leading a team with a wide variety of skills.
- Overseeing $3 Million and up annual operation budget
