As the Online Training Administrator your primary focus will be the administration of Livelihoods online course offerings on eCampus, which is World Visions online learning (Moodle) platform designed to provide predominantly field based staff and partners access to high-quality learning opportunities.
You will be a valued member of a globally dispersed training team of Instructional Designers and eFacilitators. You will be responsible for the development, maintenance and documentation of end to end training administration. This will include, planning for and updating the training calendar, oversight of training communications, administering efacilitator secondments, participant enrollments, course payments, course monitoring and reporting.
You will provide support to Instructional Designers to set up and maintain the administrative functionality of courses, ensuring a consistent and smooth user experience across courses.
You will also work alongside Instructional Designers contributing to short term design projects and course evaluations. If you have experience in the administration of video production, scorm packages, micro learning that would be looked upon favorably.

You have a keen eye for detail and you are motivated towards and get satisfaction out of setting up and maintaining strong administration systems.
End to End Training Administration:
- Participates in course planning.
- Develops and maintains annual training calendar.
- eFacilitaor secondment / contract administration.
- Provides timely course communications via multiple platforms.
- Administration of participant enrollments.
- Administration of participant course payments and follow up communications.
- Certificate administration.
- Level 1 Kirkpatrick evaluation reporting.
Support Training Design:
- Administration of secondment / contract documentation for Subject Matter Experts contribution to course design.
- Administrative support as required for course design.
- Support design projects ie video production, image collection.
- Ensure seamless user experience across course.
- Course templates within Moodle set up and maintained.
Team Collaboration:
- Contribute to the Livelihoods online learning strategy.
- Administration and documentation of systems and processes.
- Work closely with team members and other support staff to ensure the efficient administration and smooth running of course offerings.
- Contribution to team projects and activities.
- Participate in PALS team meetings, one on meetings, and represent PALS in relevant sectorial meetings.
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High degree of proficiency in using email, MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Professional.
- Moodle (preferred).
- Substantial experience in most or all of the key tasks required in the role.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems constructively and efficiently.

Work Environment/Travel:
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours where necessary to accommodate any time differences between self and supervisor/other colleagues.
- Working from home is optional in all cases, but may be necessary in those cases where no suitable office space is available locally.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.
