Reporting to the Area Finance and Admin Manager, the Office Manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating the day to day office management and administration of the Asia Pacific Office.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Ensure efficient implementation and oversight of various admin processes and areas, including but not limited to, reception, petty cash, supplies management, messengerial services, facilities, among others.
  • As the procurement focal lead, perform procurement-related duties, such as, PO preparation, coordination, vendor accreditation, updating of vendors' list, ensuring compliance with HFHI's policies and procedures;
  • Manage office-related contracts, e.g. lease, office maintenance, etc. for Area Office and its entities;
  • Ensure compliance with AP Office Security Protocols, Licenses and insurance building requirements of the Local Government Unit
  • Manage File Storage and Records for Area Office
Educational Background: 
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Business Management or any related field.
Skills/Experience: 
  • Communication Skills - be able to listen & communicate effectively.
  • Secretarial and administrative experience.
  • Good Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good computer skills especially in word processing, spreadsheets, and Internet/e-mail.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Flexibility/Adaptability: must handle a diverse range of tasks for different offices and different staff members.
  • Ability to affirm the Christian roots and principles of
  • HFHI.
  • At least seven (7) years experience in office management or related
  • NGO experience preferred

Preferred:

  • Experience working with expatriates
