- Recording of receipts and adjustments on a weekly basis
- Weekly encoding of current month’s transactions in the system
- Encoding of transactions to Navision Asia-Pacific Book
- Same month collection of receivables from staffs/NO’s
- Preparation of invoices for collection and follow up
- Clean desk policy in area finance cubicle, storage room and finance cabinets
- Timely filing of vouchers, invoices, and other area finance files both hardcopy and softcopy
- Weekly update of cash position
- Assist in the review of payment requests
- Month end review of petty cash fund
- Support in updating cash position and review of petty cash fund
- Other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
Skills/Experience:
- 2 years of related experience is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Demonstrated track record or successful fundraising in an environment of similar complexity.
- Experience in a multi-national federated organization with the ability to thrive.
