The main purpose of this position is to be in charge of the AP vehicle assigned & discharge duties as the administration assistant, while maintaining excellent driving skills observing prevailing traffic rules and regulations with highest priority for personal safety and care of all passengers as well as WV Lanka vehicles, pedestrians and all third party assets and to provide office administrative and logistical support for office maintenance.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Ability to drive both light and heavy vehicles
- Maintain the running condition and proper interior & exterior condition of the vehicle
- Maintenance the office and office supplies
- Extend support for events (Logistics)
- Provide administrative and logistical support and service to meet the SLA
Educational Background:
Minimum formal education with G.C.E (Ordinary level) six passed or Adequate Vocational qualifications
Skills/Experience:
- Considerable knowledge of safety practices and techniques in mechanics
- Considerable knowledge of diesel and gas engine mechanics;
- considerable knowledge of vehicle make-up;
- considerable knowledge of workshops and the parts and supplies required
- Valid heavy vehicle driving license with five years’ work experience in driving
- Basic knowledge on computer skills
- Basic knowledge on organizational procedures & systems
