Youth Services Clinical Manager Flexible Part-Time

This is a part-time position which will ensure the facilitation of day to day clinical operations, adherence to contract standards with EEC/DCF and any other organizations who work with Centerboard Families and our residential programs. This position will provide supervision with staff to ensure the goals and visions of the youth service programs and Centerboard are fulfilled, be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and posses strong organizational skills.

Areas of Responsibility: 

*Essential job functions include but are not limited to:
*Caseload of up to four youth/families from the Group Home for family therapy & case management; group therapy
*Provide supervision to Clinician (s), Case Manager, and Interns as assigned
*Oversight of clinical programming for Group Home
*Clinical support of the Pre Independent Living Program and Independent Living Programs.
*Consult regarding complex referrals and youth in care towards effective treatment planning and service delivery
*Work in collaboration with the Adolescent and Pre-Independent Program Directors for treatment plans and residential care of clients.
*Provide formal and informal trainings for staff

Educational Background: 
LICSW, LCSW or LMHC
Skills/Experience: 

LICSW, LCSW or LMHC preferred 3-5 years residential experience required; adolescent experience preferred
Supervisory experience preferred
Knowledge of 3rd party billing paperwork a plus; strong assessment & treatment planning skills
Organized, confident, self-starter, excellent problem-solving skills
Knowledge of trauma informed care; Collaborative Problem Solving training a plus

Compensation/Benefits:

Scattered Sites Family/ Emergency Shelter

A program for homeless families funded and referred through DHCD. This program shelters families in apartments throughout Eastern Massachusetts.  Our Family/Housing Advocates provide case management, breaking down barriers that lead to stability.
