World Vision is leading the way in the use of Experiential Fundraising to help acquire new supporters across the South of England, through its various“Experiences of Hope”Campaigns and are now looking to build on this proven campaign by opening up other Regional Campaigns, either through a the creation of a new Regional In-house team or via a 3rdParty partner - and this is where you come in.
- Analysis of the Regional market opportunities & creation of a Business plan showing World Vision the route to success
- The development of suitable Regional staffing plans from recruiting strong local leadership through to successfully launching & ramping up of campaigns.
- Coach & mentor the newly formed teams enabling them to reach their full potential and carrying full line management responsibility for the team.
- Ensuring that all Fundraising operations are both efficient & effective, and that we meet all Regulatory & World Vision guidelines.
- The setting, measurement & managing through clear KPI’s for the team.
- Sourcing, negotiating & executing Agreements with 3rdParty Agencies that will deliver Campaigns for World Vision that deliver against targets.
- Training partners on the World Vision proposition.
We are looking for someone who has considerable experience in leading, building & driving Fundraising teams, is a strong process person with good analytical skills, has a good knowledge of the UK Charity market & as a Sales leader is used to letting their numbers do the talking. You will need both the experience & people skills to recruit the best Regional Leadership and then help build a team around them, as well as the operational & negotiation skills to successfully execute a campaign through a 3rdparty.
