Skills/Experience:
- Administrative and/or office experience, with great problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to plan pro-actively, attention to detail and reliable in following up on multiple tasks and competing demands.
- Work effectively to tight deadlines.
- Ability to track team budget spend and monitoring variances, as well as processing invoices.
- Flexible self-starter and team worker. Can work without close supervision.
- Confident user of MS Office.
- Ability to occasionally travel to our other office in Milton Keynes
