The Marketing Operations Specialist manages and implements tactics in approved fundraising marketing plan.
The Marketing Operations Specialist manages and implements marketing projects/initiatives and manages project resources proactively. S/he works within the framework of positioning, platform and voice of the organization’s marketing objectives to meet stakeholders’ needs. S/he works closely with various constituents such as department staff, field offices, program consultants and vendors to manage all phases of projects. S/he may work within budgets to minimize expenses, maximize revenue, and meet quality control standards. S/he may use software systems to track and analyze program results, report findings, and works with senior marketing managers to implement strategic recommendations.
- Organizes, manages and coordinates diverse projects and activities with many variables.
- Does not supervise any staff but will coordinate the work of peers on departmental project teams. May supervise volunteers, interns or temporary staff.
- Works within a budget to complete a project.
- Duties are performed under general supervision and established guidelines.
- Opportunity to act independently on assigned tasks and projects. May have full opportunity to direct individual projects.
- Experience cultivating and managing client/customer relationships.
- Experience writing, editing and proofreading.
- Experience organizing and coordinating multiple projects.
- Fluent in both English and Cantonese.
- Must be authorized to work in Hong Kong.

- Practical knowledge of marketing and branding principles.
