The Director, Digital Marketing will lead our paid digital marketing efforts to meet our ambitious targets for growing online supporters and donations. This individual will be responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of paid digital activities.
The role will manage a small team of digital fundraising practitioners and will involve close collaboration with internal stakeholders both within the broader digital team and other parts of the organization.

- Minimum 7-10 years' experience in digital advertising and marketing.
- At least 3 years’ direct experience managing a digital marketing/fundraising program with responsibility for budget, revenue, and ambitious financial revenue targets (ideally within an international NGO or large non-profit organization).
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience of main digital fundraising disciplines.
- Solid understanding and experience in Conversion rate optimization and developing and optimizing supporter/customer journeys landing pages and e-commerce donation forms.
- Technical expertise to understand technical digital marketing issues together with ability to explain them using terms a non-specialist can clearly understand.
- Deep knowledge of and experience budgeting, planning and performance management, reporting of digital fundraising/marketing teams and all the financial aspects of digital fundraising/marketing including analysis of costs/income, ROI, conversion and attrition data and all other relevant KPIs.
- Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), Institute of Fundraising (IoF) or Institute of Direct Marketing (IDM) qualifications or other equivalents would be an advantage. Preferred.
