The Coordinator, Constituent Data Services, working alongside of Data Services Specialists, is responsible for assisting in the execution of data management processes with the objective to improve the overall state of data on the Agency’s CRM System (Blackbaud CRM). Responsibilities will also include working directly on the CRM system to create appeals and source codes, as well as produce marketing files for campaigns. Lastly, the Coordinator, Data Analyst is expected to foster collaboration in an environment that rewards the inclusion of and respect for team members in IT and across the Agency.

Overall, the Coordinator, Data Analyst is expected to participate in the collective efforts in moving the IT Business Solutions Department and the Agency from good to great as deemed necessary.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • The Coordinator, Data Analyst, working alongside other Data Services Specialists is responsible for assisting in the execution of data management processes with the objective to improve the overall state of data on the Agency’s CRM System (Blackbaud CRM). These data quality initiatives involve importing, cleaning, transforming, validating, and modeling and typically includes daily constituent record review and correction, performing global updates, duplicate resolution, and individual record updates as part of the overall data governance model. (75%)
  • The Coordinator, Data Analyst will work in conjunction with IT colleagues and business partners in addressing data quality issues and resolving the source of data problems. The Coordinator, Data Analyst will work hand-in-hand with other IT professionals providing recommendations for enhancement to further improve the state of data on the CRM system. (5%)
  • The Coordinator, Data Analyst will also work directly on the CRM system to create appeals and source codes, as well as produce marketing files for campaigns. This work may include creating or modifying existing marketing efforts to target specific constituent audiences, producing, validating, and correcting data files, and delivering them to business partners. The overall management, organization, and communication of these efforts is an integral component of this responsibility. (15%)
  • The Coordinator, Data Analyst is responsible for creating or updating process documentation directly related to their work. (5%)
Educational Background: 
High School Diploma
Skills/Experience: 
  • Minimum 2-3 years' work experience
  • Detail oriented with an aptitude for problem solving, documenting issues, and compiling business information with knowledge of industry standard tools (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access).
  • Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to organize and prioritize workloads. Candidate must possess disciplined time-management skills and be able to adapt to changing priorities quickly.
  • Demonstrate significant level of patience providing support in a cross cultural environment and be a productive team player.
  • Strong work ethic with a desire to excel and rise to challenges.
