Coordinator, Partner Experience & Retention

Reporting to the Associate Director of Partner Experience & Retention, the Coordinator, Partner Experience & Retention is responsible for supporting the execution of the Partner for Children program to retain and cultivate approx. 85,000 undesignated sustainers in the US market, the growth of $20 million in revenue (90% of which is driven by retention efforts) and a 45% activation rate for 0-12 month donors and 70% retention for 13-24 month donors in 2019.

Areas of Responsibility: 

Campaign Support & Coordination (85%)

  • Secure and coordinate execution of a personalized Partner for Children communication journey in all channels to deliver on sustainer expectations and increase giving
  • Functional tasks includes but not limited to: setting up and supporting campaign meetings, meeting notes, overseeing schedules, submitting tracker requests, producing BBEC reports, proof reading, content management and fact & quality checking to ensure on-time and accurate execution for all retention campaigns
  • Oversee and alert Supporter Experience Center of new Partner campaign initiatives, change in creatives and tests 
  • Represent Partners in operational matters related to but not limited to file and content management that needs to be looked into and improved to secure and optimize campaign executions 
  • Responsible for understanding Partner processes and escalate issues to AD and relevant units
  • With support from our print vendor, monitor quantities to ensure we have enough materials for recurring mailings 
  • Responsible for keeping an organized system on the N-Drive/OneNet or similar platforms for easy access to all Partner related items such as pdf’s, meeting notes, SOW, strategy documents and general copies by campaign, channel and vendor by budget year
  • Support AD to maintain and build strong relationships with internal departments and external partners to achieve goals

Financial Accountability & Performance Analysis (5%):

  • Code and submit expense invoices for Partner for Children program
  • Keep expense tracker up to date
  • Input data into retention specific campaign dashboards to track performance

Other (10%)

  • Support AD Partner for Children, AD & Manager Sponsorship, Sr. Director and AVP on ad-hoc projects and perform other duties as may be required
Educational Background: 
High School or Technical/Vocational Degree
Skills/Experience: 
  • You have a minimum 2-3 years' experience in relevant work in non-profit, marketing, communications, storytelling or other related fields
  • Demonstrated ability to follow procedures and processes 
  • Demonstrated ability to handle several tasks simultaneously and organizes self to get things done and meet deadlines
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Can effectively maintain relationships with internal teams and vendors
  • Independent problem-solver and decision-maker on significant matters related to functional areas 
  • Learned level skills to support tasks
  • Learned skills in Microsoft PC applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
