Associate Director, Website Business Analyst

The Associate Director, Senior Business Analyst will act as a critical contributor to our best-in-class Digital Marketing team. This role will help respond to new website and e-commerce opportunities, gather requirements, define scope and be an internal evangelist for the solutions we create together.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Crafting and estimating new website and ecommerce solutions and the development and system architecture to meet client requirements. Gathering and documenting requirements and functional specification documents for solutions and integration projects. (50%)
  • Supporting development, project management and QA to understand and document scope and level of effort and ensure smooth delivery of solutions. (25%)
  • Supporting clients to understand requirements, proposing creative solutions and logical phasing options and determining relative prioritization. Building effective relationships with peers and managers. (15%)
  • Bringing solution ideas to our existing clients. Performing other duties as may be assigned. (10%)
Educational Background: 
Bachelor degree or equivalent relevant experience required
Skills/Experience: 
  • You must have a minimum 5-7 years' experience in area of expertise
  • Professional level of technical or managerial knowledge, skills, and experience to manage the operational activities of a unit or team, or provide the technical and management support related to various size programs, grants or projects.
  •  Minimum of 4 years gathering requirements, conducting business analysis, and writing business requirements for ecommerce or other revenue generating consumer facing web applications.
  •  Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  •  Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to be client-facing and responsive throughout project lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud and/or Luminate/Blackbaud platforms
  • Facility with UI/UX and Creative requirements
  • Understanding of web development architecture and technologies
