The Project Manager on the Sponsorship Acquisition team will be responsible for assisting with implementation across multiple channels including direct mail, email, telemarketing digital and face-to-face campaigns.  This role will work with both internal and external teams ensuring all key deliverables are met in a timely manner.  They will also be responsible for assisting the team with reporting out on Key Performance Indicators once campaigns are wrapped up. 

Areas of Responsibility: 

Project and Campaign Management (55%):

  • Manage and assist in implementing marketing plans associated with print, direct mail, email, telemarketing and campaigns
  • Provide additional assistance on digital and face-to-face campaigns as needed
  • Maintain timelines, involve necessary stakeholders and track tollgates for campaigns associated with above channels with internal as well as external marketing vendors ensuring all Key Deliverable dates are met
  • Provide support and feedback on copy, creative direction to internal teams as well as external marketing vendors as needed

Support (25%):

  • Support entire Global Sponsorship Acquisition Marketing team with ongoing projects and priorities

Program Analysis and Evaluation (20%):

  • In conjunction with team members, run and manage reports to help measure effectiveness of sponsorship acquisition plans
  • Work within the team to support on analysis and reporting needs
Educational Background: 
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or degree in related field required (may substitute relevant experience)
Skills/Experience: 

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience of direct marketing and project management experience
  • Knowledge of direct marketing and online best practices
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PC applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
