The Post Production Producer role requires an experienced video production and motion graphics artist who is motivated, highly organized, creative, proactive and understands the subtleties of visual storytelling for digital consumption. This individual will produce dynamic external and internal facing videos to support our content strategies and deliver against the agency's ambitious fundraising, brand, communications and advocacy goals. The Post Production Producer will serve as a brand ambassador and should be able to understand and consistently apply our brand and child safety guidelines while creating highly compelling and impactful video content. This candidate’s creative output will be used to support and drive mission critical initiatives designed to better engage current and new supporters via omni-channel and integrated marketing assets and campaigns.
Additionally, this role needs to be adaptable to team schedules, domestic and international crises, and the real-time marketing demands of an international organization. This may sometimes require traveling and/or evening or weekend hours.
- Post Production: Develop dynamic, branded, visually compelling materials that support agency wide initiatives for a wide variety of mediums, using assets collected by the global colleagues, the brand marketing team, various stakeholders and outside vendors. Sound mixing skills will be necessary and you should be able to edit in multiple visual styles. You must be detail oriented and be able to adapt and optimize workflow to remain efficient as business needs scale up. This individual has to be able to execute high quality work under tight deadlines. Candidate must be highly proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite of video production, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro CC and have fluency in Adobe After Effects. You should have working knowledge of 4k and proxy workflows. (70%)
- Creative Contributor: Work in partnership with key agency wide stakeholders, Director of Content, Creative Director and digital web production teams to conceptualize, create and deliver on integrated local and global marketing programs and campaigns. You will need to be a dynamic contributing member of the team. Must be solution oriented—an outside the box thinker able to solve for challenges in any environment and always presenting new ways to innovate our approach to video production and storytelling (20%)
- Multi-Media Trends: Candidate must remain current on emerging digital and mobile trends for video consumption online, and communicate them to the larger marketing team as they pertain to our work, processes and priorities. (5%)

Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of video production and motion graphics experience in a fast-paced marketing or media production environment.
- Thorough knowledge of editing for different visual styles, motion graphics and animation skills, branding, typography, color theory, and audio production. Must have strong computer skills, including proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Premiere Pro CC, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator and an advanced knowledge of image formats, file compression, video codecs, broadcast specifications, and optimization techniques.
- Excellent written and oral communicator and be able to use images to tell a story or illustrate a concept.
- Equally adept at working independently or collaboratively with a team.
- Must be detail-oriented, well organized and have a global vision compatible with the mission of Save the Children.
- Successful candidate must have a readily available online portfolio showing examples of most recent work in order to be considered for this position.
