Summary

A professional with 3-5 years of digital analytics or digital marketing experience. This role requires an aptitude for interpretation and synthesis of data. An inherent curiosity for asking questions and answering them using analytical thinking in an easy to digest visual format. Professionals at this level should be acquiring a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s mission and strategies along with foundational knowledge of digital analytics metric definitions, data collection methods, analysis functions, and communication practice.

 

What You’ll Be Doing (Essential Duties)

Reporting and Analytics (50%)

  • Generate reports and timely actionable insights for business unit owners and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and create audience segments within analytics for further analysis and testing or personalization.
  • Use key performance indicators (KPIs), diagnostics, drivers, and indicators to measure performance against business goals.
  • Obtain and incorporate benchmark data (internal, external) into reports and analysis for comparison purposes.
  • Ad hoc analysis of data reporting anomalies

Project Management (25%)

  • Scope and manage project timelines for analytics-related projects.

Analytics Tool Management (20%)

  • Manage analytics users within Adobe Analytics.
  • Maintain analytics documentation and reporting workflow processes.
  • Maintain Quality Control and Data Integrity through quarterly audits.
  • Maintain Reporting and tagging naming standards.

 

 

 

Analytics Innovations (5%)

  • Assist with research and development of data flow and collection across multiple agency platforms.
  • Assist with research and development of new tools, product enhancements and new processes for Digital Analytics.
  • Assist with researching external business factors (e.g., industry and market changes, competition) when making decisions and constantly nurture the organizational environment in order to encourage innovative ideas and initiatives.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Digital Analytics and/or Digital Marketing
  • High School or Technical/Vocational Degree
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advance usage (Power BI tools experience a plus)
  • Has in depth understanding of digital analytics techniques and technologies
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a cross-cultural, fast-paced environment.
  • Independent problem-solver and decision-maker
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure on a number of competing tasks.
  • Energetic, organized, creative professional who can work independently and as a team player.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, marketing/communication or degree in related field preferred.
  • Relevant experience a plus.

  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and/or Tableau.
