The Manager, Corporate Partnerships is a key contributing member of the Corporate Partnerships team. S/he assists in identifying new revenue generating corporate partnerships to support Save the Children's domestic and international programs. In addition, s/he is responsible for managing and growing assigned partnerships in order to reach department revenue goals.
- Manage portfolio of assigned corporate partners to meet and exceed revenue goals. Partnerships may include corporate grants, cause promotions, gifts-in-kind, employee engagement and communications planning. (40%)
- Provide account management support for key corporate partnerships led by the Director and Associate Directors with focus on reports, donor recognition activities, and communications with field offices. (40%)
- Coordinate other revenue generating channels, such as the gift-in-kind program. Interface with prospects and donors contributing goods to Save the Children (10%)
- Participate in new business development through research and due diligence and creation of pitch presentations. Input information into fundraising system and pipeline documents (5%)
- Cultivate increased knowledge about the agency programs, representing the Corporate Unit in program sector updates and fundraising meetings. (5%)
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years progressively responsible professional work experience in fundraising, project management, gift in kind programs, or grants management
- Background in not-for-profit organizations with emphasis on client facing experience is highly desirable
- Track record in donor/client relationship management is necessary
- Ability to drive projects through to completion
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate donors, navigate complex internal business processes, and follow-through on complex projects
- Fluent in Microsoft Office package
