This role will provide critical support to the Senior Director of Business Management as it relates to reporting, tracking and managing a broad variety of financial projects.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Process invoices and generate budget vs. actual reporting under the supervision of the Associate Director Business Management. Responsible for managing department credit card use and monthly reconciliations. (50%) 
  • Manage project management database, support reporting needs and compile dashboard data for Business Management team. (20%)
  • Manage Travel Budget for Integrated Marketing & Fundraising teams.  Gather travel plans to establish budgets and monitor monthly actuals. Book travel for staff as needed. (10%)
  • Serve as department time sheet expert; Responsible for tracking IMF team to ensure 100% timely submissions. (10%)
  • Back up and additional support as needed for VP’s Manager, Integrated Marketing & Fundraising (10%)
Educational Background: 
High School or Technical/Vocational Degree
Skills/Experience: 

Required Qualifications

  • You must have a minimum 2-3 years' relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical aptitude
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
  • Strong project management skills; highly organized
  • Independent, self-starter with good work ethic and daily accountability
  • Capable of building effective relationships with peers
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree- Accounting, Finance or Mathematics
  • Microsoft Access skills a plus
  • Comfortable learning new systems and doing database queries
  • Curious; excited to grow and learn
  • Team oriented
