Bayaud also offers "job club" services that include assistance with on-line job applications, resume writing and interview skills.  Individuals may work with both volunteer tutors and staff anywhere from a few weeks to six months to become adequately prepared for their job search and/or temporary work adjustment training opportunities.

Bayaud Navigator serves individuals with disabilities and families experiencing homelessness, single moms, and aging adults that are unable to acquire community resources or human services for which they qualify. The program assists participants with significant barriers move towards greater health and self-sufficiency through vocational assessment, individualized employment supports and/or access to long-term financial community benefits. Why Work For Us?:

Bayaud’s management team and staff understand that an organization cannot improve without evaluating and modifying various approaches and methods for optimal service delivery. In the past several years, Bayaud continues to work to expand and refine evaluation processes to gauge the effectiveness of programs and services. Bayaud is creating definitions for a Theory of Change model and result based outcomes.

Bayaud focuses its efforts on clients, community and organizational change, beyond solely offering particular programs or services. As such, our goals include providing a basis for results oriented plans, activities and reports that demonstrate change along a continuum, and are shown to impact our clients directly, impact the community on a broader level, and provide for fluidity inside the organization.

Within Bayaud, effectiveness is measured by the positive impact on the client, resulting from one or multiple programs or services in which the client has participated, and the client’s own measurement of change in status and movement within a continuum of services. Bayaud’s programs and services work together to promote change beyond a unit of service. Specifically, Bayaud places emphasis on these outcomes: the rate of job retention within a 30, 60, 90 day and post one year time period, livable wages and upward mobility.
