HR Director position available in Denver, CO.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Accountable for the management and overall success of the Human Resources function
- Provide oversight and day to day management of HR staff
- Provide counsel, guidance, and training for our front-line managers and executive team
- Responsible to develop and execute the strategy in support of all aspects of the employee life-cycle including, but not limited to: recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, leadership development, employee relations, compliance, and relevant legal matters

- Demonstrated experience leading the HR function for a small organization; minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role
- Capacity to solve a wide range of complex employee problems and advise management on recommended solutions
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language fluently, and communicate verbally and in writing at a professional level
- SPHR, PHR, SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential preferred
